I recently came across a R180 from an 810/Maxima for the Z. Unfortunately, they didn't come with the stub axles. It uses the clip in type like a R200 so my bolt in Z ones won't work. Does anyone know how to remedy this? I'm having a heck of a time finding the proper stub axles. I was thinking of machining the groove in the axles to accept the clip. Is there an easier way?
(There's probably an easy way staring me in the face)

There's an insert you can replace in the side gears of the diff to convert it to the regular bolt in style stub axles. It works with the clip in style LSD units also. Riley Curtis at Lynchburg Nissan in Va carrries the inserts in stock. 1-800-443-2117. Does that help, or are you really wanting a clip in type stub with ujoint flange instead of CV flange?

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize until after I posted this and saw a drawing of the 810/Maxima diff that it used the U- joint end instead of flange.
