Hey MiDiv guys (and gals)...

How did (do) you determine which radio channels (frequencies) to use at the track?

How many channels did you have programmed?

Randomly chosen...or...???

TIA

Well - if you'll read the supps, each track has its "forbidden" frequencies (at least in MiDiv). Pick anything else that works for you. Most of them are different - and most are in the high 151Mhz or 455Mhz range.

Just looked - the forbidden frequencies at Gateway are 151.655 and 154.700.

Thanx Norm...

I bought UHF P1225's in the 440-470 range I believe.

I'll check all the MiDiv tracks and go from there.

I was also trying to understand all the different competitors using radios...ie crosstalk problems.

???

It happens, occasionally you'll get some interference from other competitors radios. But when it does, just flip to another channel. There's not really any way to avoid it but just make sure the radio is mounted somewhere in the car that the driver can reach it if need be.

On a side not, are you the same "buldogge" I've seen on other sites who occasionally makes alternate diameter crank pulleys for more psi on supercharged E36's?

Yep... That's me...

We can also make underdrive pulleys...oversized alternator...etc.

Really any machining/fabricating/welding you (or anyone) needs done!

Thanx

Good deal. I only noticed because my street car is a Dinan supercharged '95 M3 so I've looked at your pulleys before on the bimmer sites. If I ever get the funds for a cooler, I'll be looking to up the boost to around 10psi. 350+rwhp just sounds fun as hell! :023:
