Parting ways with my most fun car I've ever owned. All I can say is goes like hell, stops on a dime, and corners like nothing else. Please forward questions to [email protected]. 1983 VW GTI

Rust-free, never seen snow
Black Fabric Sliding Moonroof
Chassis has something a little more than 100,000 miles, but Engine, Gearbox and Suspension were all redone approximately 15,000 miles ago.

All work performed by local VW Guru with Decades of VW Performance and Racing Experience.

Chassis:
Koni Yellow Struts
Neuspeed Race Springs
Neuspeed Sway Bars Front & Rear
Upper and Lower front Tie Bars
Converted to Wheel Studs
Metal-Master Front Brake Pads
Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines (?????)
Stock VW Snowflake Wheels with Yokohama AVS ES100 tires (less than 5000 miles)
Stock Seats redone with Original Fabric, great condition
Replaced Right-Front Hub, Wheel Bearing, Ball-Joint, and Axle-Shaft (less than 1000 miles)

Engine:
Rebuilt 10:1 Compression Short-Block
Ported Rebuilt Head done by Interprep Performance (aftermarket camshaft, unknown manufacturer or specs, but has Lumpy Idle and pulls strong to 7000 RPM)
Corrado Throttle-Body
Techtonics Double-Down Pipe to Hi-Flow converter, then custom-bent muffler-shop exhaust

Transaxle:
Rebuilt Stock Transaxle
Quaiffe Limited Slip
Alternate 5th gear, don’t know ratio of that or of the Final Drive
Short-Shifter
Shift Linkage rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago
