Are we going to have just the usual front-runners this year or should we expect some newbies to come on out and play?

[SIZE=7]<span style=\'font-family:Arial\'>Bob,
Unfortunately I won't be able to get there till Saturday AM. Will IT7 be a split start from ITA? Either way I'll start from the back but at least I won't feel left out.
Any others from Florida going up?

ok, that's great. one more question for Bob.
What are the facilities for motorhomes? Parking. Parking Charge. Access in and out of the track.
Last time I drove there was in 76 at the CSPRRC. (insert old joke here)
Looking forward to coming up and enjoying the racing and friendship.
Thanks guys

Mike,
You can park wherever you want with your handicapped sticker.
Can someone check the GCR to see if oxygen is allowed in a race car. Also, can a defilbrilator be hardwired. I just want to make sure no one protests Mike.

Good to see you coming up Steve, since the enduro is sunday maybe we'll get to race this time (knock on wood).
Here's a good lap around RA to get you started...

BTW I blew up my motor last weekend (the bad luck never ends) so I'll be showing up with a virgin lump, should be fun.
pics for those who think i'm cheating ;)

Thanks for the refresher course Russ. Wait a minute, where did the dip go. All I remember is taking a deep breath going down the hill into the dip and breathing again on the front straight. This looks like I won't turn blue anymore (no smart remarks about my age)
I was looking at the video of the back straight and I remember a rest area with bathrooms and a vending machine, did they take that away too? Damn modernization of the old tracks.
This looks like so much fun just driving the track. Definately a momentum track.
Russ, how is the surface? Tire wear a problem?
Steve, when are you going to the track. Call me 863-698-1588
We need to plan a get together after the Saturday morning practice and have a meeting of IT7 drivers and do a group picture to post on here.

Tire wear is remarkably good at Road Atl, last year at the ARRC I did the pro-it, arrc, and the 3 hr enduro (including all the P and Q sessions) on 1 set of hoosiers. ended up being like 7 hours of track time IIRC. For the most part the track is pretty smooth, compared to Sebring it's like driving on glass ;).
They used to have some on-track restrooms on the front straight too, I guess in case you shit yourself going around 12 you chould make a quick stop and compose yourself.
