Okay - Here is my final tally for money raised for Race Against Leukemia. After getting off to a slow start and with a lot of help I am submitting $4,418.00 in checks and cash.

Special thanks goes to Anthony and Lisa Ruddy who matched me dollar for dollar minus $10.00. That's right they put up $2,208.00 - That is incredibally generous to say the least. Anthony is not only a great racer but great person too - WOW.

This had turned into a very rewarding event for my team and me. Thanks to everyone for all your help and support - you are all my hereos. :happy204: :smilie_pokal: :023:

I am speachless on how to respond... great job, and I am sure that your efforts alone make a difference in a lot of people, not only the ones that recieve the donations, but even those that read these posts...

Great job to Tim and all racers/workers who raised money for the RAL weekend.

My final tally is $1570.00, almost all collected so far !

Tim, Peg never gave me the address of the woman to send straggler checks, do you have her address handy?
Thanks.
See you in a couple weeks.

Everyone did a great job and should be proud of their efforts and accomplishments. I wish I could have have raised more as my wife and I lost our son to Leukemia in July, but every little bit helps.

Does anyone know the final tally?

Ed, I had no idea. My condolences. Very sad...it's not supposed to work that way, is it.
