Testing a new idea...

This car sees multiple use on track weekends. It never stops running every session with many drivers. It is the ideal test bed for car, tires, etc. In switching from Victoracers and V700s we figured we would see more drastic tread wear. Quite the contrary, we are experiencing very great tread wear. The grip is better than the Victoracers or the V700s. This one is a keeper. We have one driver that is very abusive and when following his session, they may feel a bit greasy, yet they always come back. I am amazed at what a tremendous value this one truly is. -- Review Submitted 2005-03-14
I have now gone thru several sets of these. The traction is great, but I am disappointed in the treadwear. I am looking at other options. A friend had the Avons on this past weekend and they still looked new at the end of the day at a DE event. Like these, but ready to see if something else wears a little better - these seem to wear out fast on the edges, even with pressure in the high 30s. -- Review Submitted 2005-02-28
The 710 is a big improvment over the Victoracer which is a very good track tire. I have 170 track miles on the tires and Im impressed with the even wear and outstanding dry traction... -- Review Submitted 2005-07-26
