Site Issues

I'm having a problem with the new software.

When I log in, I do not get the scroll bars on the right side that allows me to scroll down through the topics. I thought it might just be my home PC, but it's doing it here at work too.

I was able to get the scroll bars once last night, but nothing doing this AM.

IE6 SP2. Don't have another browser to try for comparison.

Update: after posting this topic I selected "IT.com Forums" from the top and got the scroll bars. However, if I start a new browser session and go to my "Favorite" link, http://www.improvedtouring.com/chat2/, I get no bars.

It appears to be an issue with that saved link, which I will delete; I will experiment and let you know if it happens again otherwise. - GA

As previously noted you can not bookmark old pages.
If you are at /chat2 that is wrong.
Go to the hone page and navigate in from there.

OK I've added a redirect that will hopefully toss people off that page if they had it bookmarked.

Let me know of any other problems.

thank you, it is not just me. I have to go to the discussions page and then to the forum to get the scroll bars. as you said when i go to /chat i can not navigate

Nobody should be linking to chat. That page is no longer valid.
:bash_1_: :)

Thought: Everyone should probably clear their browser cache to lessen the likelyhood of such problems.
