Hello All! Found the site yesterday and decided to say AL LOW! I've spoken with Diane before (HI DIANE!)on the escort boards. Anyhow, I am preparing a '91 Escort GT for ITA racing. Getting excited because it is starting to come together. Cage and seat are going in soon. The car is getting close to being up to snuff. Still have a lot of suspension work and probably head work (refresh all within GCR rules!).

Welcome, Jeremy.

Where do you hail from?

Fort Wayne, Indiana. Going to call either Mid-Ohio or Gingerman Raceway my home. I was at the S. Bend Region Sprints in July. I took a lot of photo's but there weren't many Fords there. I may be submitting those to the site here before long. I will also be at the Gingerman Enduro at the end of the month. I will be working Pits for my friend (who is helping me prep the escort) and his ACR Neon. He wont it last year in his class!

Thanks, Joe, for the confidence but the quick EGT in ITB is up on jack stands with the head off trying to get rebuilt. I'm not sure I'm going to have the car back on the track this year or not. I may be ready for the WOR games in Oct but that would be pushing it too. I may park the car over the winter until I can "do it right". But thanks again, Joe. Jeremy, look me up off line if you need to [email protected]. Good luck.

Diane,

Yes, next spring. There is one school left in October at Nelson Ledges but lets just say conditions are not ideal for me to attend that school. I will be shooting for early spring to attend my first school.

JeRiker...thanks for the address will do.

Best not to rush the school, it's stressful enough as it is. Loads of fun though! Look forward to hearing about it. http://Forums.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif
