Well, now that the write up is finished (just awaiting pictures and video, should be up probably tomorrow night), I can finally talk some smack and think about next year.

Hopefully, for next year, I'll have a little more time with the new brakes, the Blethen brothers will be old enough to drive themselves down to the track, Jake will develop a sense of humor, and I'll finally learn how to put a steering wheel on properly! http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif Maybe even George will have his car done and he can bring it over!

Anyone have any suggestions for next year? I'd like to be closer to everyone (so I didn't have to walk as far), but it was great being next to Jarrod, Bart, Dave and everyone else in that group. We'll have to talk to Fletcher and Sandy very early next year to get a good spot.

Here's to having as good a time next year as I did this year!

Geez, you don't ask for much, do you? http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/wink.gif

Got back to work on the car today. A bit more over the weekend and I'll be ready to drop the engine, suspension, and drivetrain.

I'm already planning on being there with 2 more seconds of go-fast parts and m4d tYt3 sk33lz, y0! Maybe I'll talk my Dad into bringing one of the ITC cars too (just for you, Scott).

I kind of enjoyed my spot this year - right smack in the middle of the skid pad. Having the OPM guys right there helped me out a couple times.

I'm still tempted to come down, though perhaps not next year... we'll see how the budget holds out, and how the car develops - long way to go from Deetroit Rock City!

So, let's see here, I've been back from the ARRC officially one week today. I've already got the car half torn apart and have gone truck shopping for a new diesel truck. I even found one that intrigued me (96 3500 series Chevy with crew cab, dually, and only 70K miles (diesel) for $14K) and it was only my first day looking!

I can't wait until next season!!
