Trying to help a friend get their ITB BMW 318 a bit faster... What modifications do you recomend to do to this car to get it to go fast (be compeditive).
Money is an object however I would like to know as much as possible, realistic and dreams...
Thanks;

Get it well below minimum weight and ballast up.

Raymond (Sr? or Jr?),
Give me a call and we can discuss my 318itb, which RST helped develop oh so many years ago. I still owe a little back to the team. If you remember it was a top 3 car (usually behind the Volvo's) between '93 and '97. I'm happy to share my car prep plus now it can have a chip. I think a well prepared 318i can still be a top ITB car (before considering any ex-ITA cars joining the fray).

Hey Raymond,
Drop me an email about this. I have officially retired the 320i and am building a 318i this winter.
We also have to carve some turns some time soon. I've only been out 6 times so far. You?
