Aimsports ClubRacing deal through PAR

PAR is Precision Automotive Research, which is a company that works with Aimsports, as well as a distributor for them. They do everything from professional driver training, to data acq consulting to custom system configurations.

The two systems proposed are the MXL (pista or pro), as well as the Mychron3 XG Log.

If you want to retain your stock dash and can mount the Mychron3 log's smaller monitor on the side (or even on the steeriing wheel) its more affordable, and has almost all the features your basic club racer would need (accelerometers, 5 inputs, 2 speed inputs, etc). The MXL Pista and pro are for someone looking for a bit more out of the investment...with a large Motec style display, as well as the ability to upgrade (on the pro) and having a solid basis for data acquisition.

All the information can be found on the website http://www.aim-sportline.com/

If you wish to inquire about a system, please reply, and I will contact you.

Price range, and discounts will vary. However, the support PAR can give for this system in this purchase is invaluable, and will be worth as much as the product itself by the end of the first weekend. These systems are well engineered and have lots of testing...plus PAR will personally benchmark and test every unit in this group-deal, as well as make custom harness's extensions if needbe.

This is a great opportunity to invest in Data acquisition and a new monitor for your engine/car. You can keep your stock dash as well, and benefit from whatever changes you would like to have.

Thanks,
Steve

Also worth mentioning is the MXL pro is upgradable in the future, and the can-bus potential means you can at some point plug this right into your Motronic stock ecu and get all its parameters...but thats a little bit in the future....something to think about though.

Some ballpark price on products and sensors (these prices are already reduced, so the discount would not apply to these prices, THESE ARE JUST FOR A BALLPARK ESTIMATE ON SALE PRICES!):

I can take some of my install, but the AIM site in Italy has the best shots by far.

The backlight is for night use only..it doesn't really light up in the daylight, but no matter, the contrast is fine and the readouts are quite legible.

The shift lights all strobe, and it's quite the light show at night! Easy to see in the day as well.

Software looks very easy and flexible...I had issues with a loose speed sensor at the ARRCs, and other more important items kept me from figuring it out, so I came home with no real data. Oh well, next year I guess!
