If you use the Front Lower Control Arm Bearings from Ground Control and you have had them for more than 6 months or so, you should call jay at Ground Control and get a set of the new sleeves(bushings) that slide on to the control arm and iside the mount. They changed the geometry of them. The used to be about .75 inch long, now they are 2 inches long and are tapered at a better angle. The fit is much closer than the old ones. There is a very noticable difference, the front end feels very solid and tight.
