We have been using the Morso Oil Pan and pulled it off to replace a gasket and found that even after being drained the pan had had close to a quart in one section and probably 3/4 of a quart in the other section. Iwondered if anyone had added an additional drain plug to one of these pans? Seems like alot of waste oil to leave in the pan. Also alittle helpful hint DO NOT use the stud kit on the front half of the pan where they are nearly impossible to get to remove for pulling the pan. Sure was easy when the engine was on the stand. It was a little Blue in the old work shop.

Tom, cut/90* grinder with cone grinding tool/what ever will fit to do the job a couple small (1/8 diameter type) passages from one compartment to the other that has the drain plug so that for changing oil the oil will flow to the plug compartment but will not defeat the purpose of the baffle/trap door pan. Dam, that was a long sentence.
