Looking for take off tires for GRM challenge

I'm working to put together a car for the GRM2005 challenge.

I need tires, but with a total car budget of $2005, I can't buy new ones.

Does anyone have a set of take offs they would part with for cheap?

I'd really like to get a set of Hoosiers in the 225/45-13 size if possible.
