Good start?

I am looking at a 1982 RX7 GLS
Pro's- Body is decent typical small cancer spots at bottom of rear lid and in corners of fender wells, has limited slip and rear disc.
Con's- Sun Roof,Automatic, Power Everything and an automatic.

For a $300.00 purchase price is it worth converting to manual, welding up hole in the roof and building an IT7 ???

It's worth picking up for parts anyway... where are you from? I know of an S chassis (sunroof delete, manual windows, low options) that's going to the crusher if a home isn't found for it in the next week
