So after my car is warmed up, I usually have to hold my foot to the floor to get it to start. I believe this is actually a fuel cut-off for the car. Does this mean that my injectors are leaking? Or is this common after removing the six-ports and the emissions?

It means (a)leaking injectors or(B) bad fuel pressure regulator or ©low compression engine which will soon need a rebuild. Yeah. © sucks.

Platinum plugs make it worse.

Mazdas are always doing this. Wire up a switch in the fuel pump hot lead. You can then shut off the fuel pump and let the car run out of fuel so there is no pressure in the lines. Also good on the track if you runn off and stall it, you can turn off the pump, start it up and then turn the pump back on without flooding the engine.
