I'm still haveing trouble locating "Good" wheel studs for my 1st. gen RX7. I bought some from Mazdatrix that are junk. They strip out both on the threads and the allen end. Does anyone have a source for wheel studs?

Mazda Comp has em in two lengths for $2.55 per. 7's Only has them also (I believe). Dave Turner Motorsports may also have them. I even got some at BAP Import Auto that haven't failed me yet.

You could try this place: http://www.wheelcomponents.com/studs.html

Really good prices, but I have yet to try out their product.

I just got a bunch from Mazda Sport, and they are as good as any I've used. I'm up in Canada, needed them quick, and had them in 2 days...

I've recently dealt with this problem. VERY frustrating. There is a thread about it all pretty recently (within the last month or so), although I didn;t ever address where I finally got my good studs from. The answer is...

These people are GREAT!!! Very willing to talk you through any situation. The prices seem to be right. They maintain something like 12 RX7's on the race track at all times. They are very knowledgable and willing to share information/tips.
