Which size Hoosiers

This is my first time posting and last year was my first year racing. At the end of last year I totaled a 1st gen ITS rental.I ended up having to buy it.I salvaged all the good parts and bought another 1st gen ITS.My question is this, The car I wrecked had Hoosier P225/50zr14 mounted on 14x7 Panasports.The car I bought has P205/55zr14(brand new,also on 14x7 Panasports) and 3 good spares(not mounted).Which tire size should I run and if it is the 205's what should I do with the 3 good 225's?(the 4th one didn't survive the hit)

I'd buy 1)225/50 to complete the set

I'd then find out which was faster for me on the tracks I run at, with my gears, and my suspension, etc.
