Do you have to run the clips at each end of the pads?? They seem to fit real snug without them.

No, do not run any clips. I learned the hard way. They will cause the pads to "hang-up".

i too run without clips. as you drive around the paddock they rattle but if when you drag the brake a little it goes away along with any concerns.

Seriously, The clips will cause the pads to hang up when the backing plate grows from the heat generated. Got rid of mine a long time ago. You should hear them rattle.
