I'm told that I may need adapters to hook up an Autometer water temp gauge and an oil pressure gauge because the fittings on the 13B are British thread? Anyone have any input on this? Everyone runs these gauges so I figure there must be an easy answer but I only want to place one order for the stuff.

Also, where do most people hook up an oil temp gauge?

Thanks

Steve

Autometer part # 2275 is the metric adapter you need. It allows you to connect a mechanical water temp gauge to the front cover just below the thermostat housing.
For you oil pressure/oil temp gauges, use the Mazdatrix/Racing Beat adapter that goes under your oil filter mount.

I just drilled and tapped a hole in the waterpump housing just short of the thermostat for the watertemp sensor. works like a champ.

For oil, I used the sandwich adapter that Racing beat sells.
