anyone knowing of sources for the following:

cold air intakes
torsion springs

please contact me at tom91ita at yahoo dot com

most of the usual suppliers do not have anything because of the age of the cars.

should have done it when the car was newer but it was not that competitive with the 88+ crx's. now that it is in itb, the car has a real shot.

thanks, tom

For the torsion bars, you might have to see if you can find some 27mm bars out of the old Civic wagons. OPM might have some too - I'm not sure. The 29mm bars are all but impossible to find anymore.

For the intake, it isn't that hard to make on in that engine bay. Just get some dryer duct and some heat reflective wrap. It's janky, but it works.

edit: Here, OPM does have them: http://www.opmautosports.com/products/hond...iccrx84_87.html (http://www.opmautosports.com/products/honda_civiccrx84_87.html)

I ordered a HKS cold air intake last Nov. I do not have the name of the company with me but, I remember I just did a Google search for HKS and came up with about 10 different companys at that time that stocked them.

I know someone who builds headers for those cars.
