my main fuel line has a pin-sized hole in it. i am going to replace it with -6AN SS line. now can i run the line from the fuel pump to the fuel filter without any problems?

do i need to run bulkheads when the line transitions through the chassis and then again when it goes through the firewall?

also, is it necessary to run the stock "2-way valves" or can i run a hose end banjo fitting on each end?

thanks!

Remember that Aeroquip is heavy, so do consider replacing the stock line.

You do not need bulkhead fittings for SS hose, but you would need quality gromets. SS Hose is very abrasive and saws through anything so it will make unprotected hols bigger over time. If you can afford the bulkhead fittings, go for it.

Remeber to clamp that hose down securely and in numerous locations.
