YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A SIX PAGE COPYRIGHTED INSTRUCTION MANUAL WITH YOUR ADS.

Basically:
Blue knob is bump. 1=softest, 3=stiffest
Red knob is rebound. Clockwise all the way in is full stiff. Three turns counterclockwise is full soft. Don't go past three turns counterclockwise.

For track tuning it says to start changing adjustments one end at a time to "see what happens"
