Can a 88-91 CRX hf be prepared as a CRX si and run in ITA? I am new to this, and I have looked in the GCR, but am still confused. Any help for a newbie would me much appreciated

NO--the reason is your VIN. The Si is an ED9 and Tech will look for that stamped on the firewall and 1 or 2 other places.
