Does anyone know if its possible to modify the ECU of a '90 Civic? (ie. fuel map, rev limiter, etc.)

Yes. Do you want details? Check out www.zdyne.com (http://www.zdyne.com) for a very adjustable setup. There are also a lot of static chips floating around out there, try www.locashracing.com (http://www.locashracing.com)

Hmmm... maybe I need to be more specific? I have a '90 1.5L Civic with a pm5(?) ecu. There seems to be a bunch of stuff out there for the 1.6L.

Ed- try www.hondata.com- (http://www.hondata.com-) they may only do B16A and /or VTEC ECU's though. If the sensor inputs are the same, and these hacked ECU's are adjustable enough, you might be able to just rewrite the fuel and spark maps in them to match the 1.5 in your car.

if your 1.5L is DPFI, you will have considerable trouble finding an off-the-shelf ecu mod
