Piston ring gap

Guys,

I am putting new rings on my .40 pistons and in checking gaps, the 1st and 2nd rings were fine but the oil scraper rings were .025 to .030 instead of .010 to .016.. are they no good? thanks

Those oil control rails/ rings are more or less install what comes with the kit.

You cannot gap them or order them as a "file to fit", so unless you had about a hundred to sort through, you are not going to find a real clos set.
