OK Kids...I drive a 91 GTI 16v on the street and some bits are looking the worse for wear...speaker grills, lock knobs, etc. Anyone have a good source for reasonably priced stock parts?

Thanks

If not the dealer, then a local junk yard and eBay...

I was hoping to avoid the dealer...they want like $5 for the knob and like $25 for the speaker grills. That seems a little steep for me.

Eric,

One of our sponsors is Force 5 Automotive. They are a worldwide VW Audi recycler. Talk to Chris, he is the owner. I am sure that he will give you a great deal, and will probably have what you are looking for. IF he doesn't have it then I am sure he will find it. Tell him we sent you and that his sponsorship is working.

I am always a fan of supporting any IT sponsor. It helps us ALL out in the long run. IE: more desirable for people to sponsor IT cars http://Forums.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif

OH PS: He is located in NER (Concord NH). I live down the street and work in Haverhill Mass. I am not sure where you live but if we can help in saving shipping costs let me know.
