Try TWM @ www.twminduction.com (http://www.twminduction.com) They do mostly fuel injection stuff, but offer manifolds as well - I think

I've got an extra 2bbl manifold that will take a 32/36 DGV or a 40 DCNF (w/ the adapter). The DCNF is also for sale, and the Jay Ivey prepared 32/36 will be for sale after Labor Day.
