Check under the Northeast Division section, on page 2 there is a thread with a good video from the spring school at SP.

What kind of playback equipment do you have? I have a bunch of Summit Point videos so you can learn exactly what NOT to do in a race.

Since HazMatt has unknowlingly taken money out of one of his paddock mate's pockets, I'll throw this out there..

Art Jaso, an ITA MR2 driver and professional videographer has produced a video tape that sounds right up your alley.

Racing Summit Point...Recommended by Denny Austin, Chief Instructor for the DC Region SCCA Drivers' School. Featured in "Grassroots Motorsports" magazine. This 30 minute VHS tape demonstrates and clearly explains the fast and safe racing line around Summit Point Raceway, from insideand outside of the race cars, corner by corner. Almost every SCCA class of car is represented on this tape. All things being equal, if you spend most of your race/track time eating dust or waving people by, you probably need this tape. Please send $25 check to:

Art Jaso

Silver Spring, MD 20901

Please include Self-addressed mailing label. MD residents add $1.00 sales tax.

I've seen the tape and it is a very good resource for new racers and those who have never been to the Point. Sounds like you fit both categories. I also believe you can get it from OG Racing ( http://www.ogracing.com ). It's not on their website so give them a call.

In the meantime, you can grab my MARRS 1 ITA race (First to Worst in one lap) and see some of your future competitors at:

The vid's about 35mb so please Right Click / Save As

No chance, Larry. You had your chance to see a repeat at VIR and missed it. :P
