Set up sheets

Alright I know I'm being lazy but....Does anyone have a good set up sheet that they use regularly. I've got some that I found on line but they're more geared toward karting or circle track. I was going to make my own but seeing I'm a rookie I don't want to leave stuff off that a more experienced racer would be looking for. Thanks Rob
