Just curious, how come we don't have IT.com decals on our cars? Doesn't have to be anything huge; heck, even on the rear window or something.

Could also be cool to have your sign-on name below it.

Yeah I know, if you have sponsors an easy excuse is that you don't have room. Again, just saying something pretty small that people walking around (including other IT drivers) can see. It doesn't have to be big enough for the people in the stands to see.

There is a ton of information and experience in this forum. Why not share that with others? And I'm sure the owner of the site would appreciate the extra publicity.

As for pricing, I'm sure we could get some made a reasonable cost.

Thoughts & opinions?

Of course, those have been N/A for the 2 years I've been coming to this board... so I say lets get a new batch rolling!

I posted a similar question in the "website" section about a week ago. Didn't get much of a response. I have a friend who owns a small graphics company. Just happened to talk to him last night. He basically said he wanted to cover the costs of his matierals. I need to get him a "sample".

Are you guys looking for:

A) Something JUST LIKE the picture above?

B) Just the URL (bascially, just the bottom line of the picture above)

I can probably get quotes for both. Common sense says "B" would be cheaper.

Unfortunatly, I am going on vacation first thing in the morning (Sunday). I don't get back until Sunday the 11th. So, if you post a reply, please be patient.

Should cost about 40 cents each tops including postage. That's my guess. I would say 32 cents for shipping then a few cents for materials. maybe he will do them for 35 cents? I will do it for cheap money as well if someone makes up a tempate. (I have no way to print on vinyl to make fancy colored graphics but I can stick a color in and cut it) http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/smile.gif I currently have silver, blue, red, black and white. that's it for know but I think a huge roll is only like 40 bucks so the stuff is cheap enough to get!

Sorry Mike - didn't see the post in the website section. Shows how often I (and probably others) go there.

Wow! That's cheap. I certainly wouldn't have a problem throwing in some money for time spent doing it, ect.

When Bill Souloff started this website (many many years ago it seems!) he made up a batch of those stickers. He may still have one or two to make new templates from. Best to contact him. Also, since this is his website, you may need his permission to create mechandise using this website domain.

Geez, Bill how long has it been since you started up this site? I know I was an original member back in the day....geez I must be getting old.

I checked out a few profiles for some of the "old guys" here.... http://Forum.ImprovedTouring.com/it/wink.gif and the earliest dates for initial registration are from January 2001, including Bill.

But I suspect that there was a rebuild along the way, and the initial registrations may have been lost...or is that just a rumour?

After a quick review, it looks like Miller holds the trophy for the most posts...

Yep Jake, I was here early on. Who remembers the old format? Also, I think that's why the registrations show from 01/01, that was when we switched to the new format. As an FYI, I was the one that gave Bill S. the UBB license that we're currently using. I believe there was a small fee that he had to pay to get the (at the time) latest version, but IIRC, it was considerably less than the full-blown license. Haven't really kept track of who has posted the most.

BTW, I had ImprovedTouring.com stickers on my ITB car, I'll see if I can find pictures.
