Well the hot weekend is over. Sat were were overheating and we finished 5th out of 5 not bad for the old Pinto!! And Sun Q fying we went 4 seconds faster! No overheating and it was just as hot out there 100 plus lost 5 pds yeah!! The race started out great we started in the back of the IT group it was a triple split start ITR then RX7 then SM 70 plus cars so it was wiled all weekend!!! So we started in the back only 5 ITB's started at the green we passed 4 cars by the third turn so we were in 3rd in ITB then got passed but we were going faster in the race! then the RX7 caught up to us on the 3rd lap 1-3 cars mad it by ok the we were going thur a dogleg and whamo hit in the pass door knocked us right into a tire wall a 70 mph plus so that ended or day! It really messed up the car rad oil cooler both fenders rad support hood grill headlights and buckets, turn signanl brake ducts etc were we driving our race and this happens.... later Glenn

ITR? Are you talking about Radial Sedan? How is that class doing? Seems rather interesting to me.

I think it was a typo. ITE as the Cal Club web site has listed for group 6.

Pro-7, SRX-7, SM, ITS, ITA, ITB, ITC, ITE

I hope you don't mind that I took the initiative in making sure they were posted.

Agreed. :bash_1_: is about right. I'm running with them for the double regional in September, hopefully I come out alive! :119:

Are you guys going to fix the Pinto?
