Anyone coming to the Drivers School at Daytona (April 9-10) who could provide a bit of crew assistance? I am bringing a simple ITC 510 but will be just a bit light on crew and might need a hand for 10 minutes or so each day. I will have one very experienced guy with me, but he got hurt in a GT2 crash and can’t do a lot of heavy lifting. Contact me directly at (703) 279-6105 (work), [email protected] if you can help out a bit - Thanks

Do you know what time of the day you would need help? I might be able to pop in and lend a hand, but I don't think I could be on call all weekend.

I'll be there, using my new toy for "wagon tours" http://ITForum.ImprovedTouring.com/smile.gif

I will either be there almost alone, one limited helper with my ITC510 or I will be bring a two car trailer with a Spec RX-7 for another guy on it and a full crew. I won't be certain until I pull out on Thursday - I love it when a plan comes together...not

Hey Marcello,
What is the new toy. It wouldn't happen to be the light blue 911 RS??

Andy,
That is Carl G's(sp) car. It sure sounded nice, didn't it?

Was it that obvious that I was enjoying my "duties" for the weekend? http://ITForum.ImprovedTouring.com/smile.gif Hell, if I had it broken in (only up to 800 miles now) and wasn't so afraid of going too far in the wagon tours, I think me and Carl could have had some real fun out there! His Porche did sound nice though. Expect that by the June school I should have about another 100Hp on tap if it hasn't been convereted to full race duty by then. Then we'll see what those powerstrokes and such have to play with http://ITForum.ImprovedTouring.com/smile.gif That, and the Sebring course lets the wagons get spread out a bit more, so it doesn't get so bunched up.

To all the students out there, including mine, good job! We all had a good time watching you learn throughout the weekend, and hope that the go-fast bug hasn't bitten too hard...

Finally, anyone get pictures of the car on track? I couldn't drive it and photograph it, but would love to have a couple pictures of it on the track for my website and stuff. Email me or let me know...

The 911 passed my truck just passed the start/finish line doing well over 100. (Looked like 200) I saw him coming, but my 2 poor students never saw him until the sound wave nearly threw them out of the truck. I know it scared the poop out of them. I enjoyed it though.
