Do you mean fluid wise? If so, Valvoline synthetic 75w90, or Redline 75w90. Either work well, but the Valvoline is cheaper. I change it every other weekend if it is just a regional, or after every enduro weekend.

Yup, sorry - fluid. Trying to find a good solution for a 3 hour enduro.
