LIscensing Person

Alright another year of not ha ving a finished car has made it so I wa not able to get my race requirments in. I heard that Jack Hanifan is no longer in charge of liscensing for the NE Div. and I need to request a waiver. Is it Dave Canavan(SP) or am I mistaken and how do I go about getting touch with him or her. Thanks for the help.

the DA of licensing is Pete Smith.

if you don't have a car what will you need the waiver for?

Actually the car will be done in September but my liscense runs out at the end of the month so I will not get a chance to get out before it has expired hence the waiver.
