I am new to the racing scene and I have built a new car and it currently does not have a log book. I was looking at the March 19th annual tech day and I am curious what exactly they are checking... The reason I ask is because the car is not 100% complete and if they intrepret the rules I may not have everything done, but if they review the car for saefty i will pass everything. Can anyone give me a hint on what exactly I should expect besides loosing more money! Thanks in advance!

Off the top of my head:

Cage (# Points, Welds, inspection holes, padding)
Seat & Back brace for non FIA seats
Belts & dates
Window Net
Fire system
Stickers
Master Cutoff switch (make sure Everything but fire system is shuts off)
Battery Mount and terminals covered

I'm sure I missed a couple

It's not what you build...
it's how you build it
