sanctioning #'s

Hi Guys,

Could someone help me? I need the sanctioning #'s for the NARRC race this past Oct 1 & 2
and for the Watkins Glen race Oct 17 & 18 of 2004. The registering site from ner.org is down. Just point me in the right direction please.....anyone??
