Flatout seeks new HQ
Flatout Motorsports Racing Rentals, Inc. is expanding! Between our personal cars, the rental company and a shoe-string World Challenge effort, we have finally outgrown our current space; so we're looking for a new location. We need 1500-2000 square feet, at least one bay door, and outdoor space for trailers. Ideal location would be off Route 495 between Foxboro, MA and Hudson, MA, but we are flexible.
We are good tenants and neighbors. The vast majority of our activities takes place Tuesdays between 3pm and 10pm; most of the rest of the time, our space is deserted. We ask little of our landlord, we pay the rent on time, and make small repairs to the property ourselves.
We are looking hard for space and appreciate any tips you might have. A sublet could be great for us, so if you know of a larger business in an industrial park that has an unused corner, let us know! You can email steve_u<AT>flatout-motorsports.com. Many thanks.
