View Full Version : 2004 NHIS School - "Super" or not?

Word was floating around the NARRC race that the first RR school at NHIS in 2004 may be a "Super School" - meaning a multi-day event where you could get signed off and run on a Novice permit at the Regional.

Any truth to this rumor? Where to I throw my $.02? We have AT LEAST 4 drivers doing the school (our crew in our cars) and thought this would be pretty cool for them.

While I always like the opertunity for new drivers to have a school I liked the schedule the previose year where we had a friday saturday event with a qualifying race on friday that counted towards NER points... The Saturday races counted towards NERRC and NARRC points.

Or maybe saturday morning was a qualifying race and saturday afternoon was the race??? not sure but I know the NERRC points were gained in both races... and either scenario needs to have some sort of qualifying on friday.

I like the two day race vs the one day race. dave
